Travel itinerary: Kobe, Osaka, and staying overnight in Nara~!

On the third morning in Osaka, we start the day in Kobe. I woke up at 5:30 without an alarm to complete the sunrise mission. The clouds were slightly covering the sky, but it was successful. I join breakfast at 7 a.m., which is served on the 30th floor.

While waiting for the free shuttle at 8 a.m., I explore the lobby lounge. This hotel is enormous. I visit the manholes of Okamoto and Sumiyoshi in Kobe City. Then, I head to Kobe Airport, the place I used last year when going to Haneda.

Two missions take place here. Since this is the distribution point for Kobe manhole cards, I quickly collect them. I also visit the miniature exhibition on the 4th floor. It’s a collaboration between Kobe Airport and the city hall, featuring exhibits about Kobe City and the airport.

During the exhibition in Korea, I was overwhelmed by the crowd, but here it’s not large, and since it’s for domestic airport passengers, there are no visitors like me coming on a weekday morning, so I leisurely take detailed photos of everything.

After about 45 minutes of almost exclusive viewing, I return to the hotel. When I checked in yesterday, I was told the checkout time was 12, so I consolidate the Kobe schedule and come back around 11 to resume showering, freshen up, check out, and join the first round of afternoon tea in Osaka.

The second round of afternoon tea on day one is at a scenic restaurant attached to the wedding hall on the 28th floor, visible on the right. The view and menu here are splendid, and the price is reasonable. The savory items are perfect, and the sweets are standard.

I take a bus from Osaka Station to the second round of afternoon tea. It’s an afternoon tea where you can gaze at Osaka Castle. The first round was the best, so this one is a bit lacking. The staff are kind and even gave me cookies as a gift~!!!

I go to Nara, see the deer, and have Starbucks. I try the new sweet potato drink. Then I head to check in at the hotel on the third day. It’s a hot new hotel that had its opening day yesterday. But this place is Nara. It feels a bit empty.🤣

Nara is Nara; it hasn’t developed at all and is still the same with nothing much! Yesterday, I just took my phone and went out for dinner at Torikizoku. After finishing two drinks and five skewers, I come to Tsutaya Starbucks, which I visited two years ago.

It’s the only Starbucks that welcomes customers until 11 p.m. I spend tea time until 10 p.m. reviewing, then plan to check out the large public bath. It’s the last night. Tomorrow I return home in the afternoon. The night deepens in Nara. Thank you.
