[Yamanashi] Stroll through the inner gardens of the Fuji Subaru Line

We will introduce Okuniwa, a special area designated as a scenic spot and natural monument, located on the way to the fifth station on the Fuji Subaru Line toll road.

Park your car in the Okuniwa parking lot and proceed along the promenade.
It's a bit of a hilly walk to the observation deck, so it's best to wear comfortable shoes.

On the way to the observation deck, you will find Tengu Rock and Okuniwaso, where you can stay overnight and buy souvenirs.
Okuniwa is the site of Mt. Fuji's last parasitic volcano, and is a treasure trove of wild birds and alpine plants, making it the perfect area for bird watching and photography, so many people visit to watch and take photos.

From the observation deck, you can get a good view of Mt. Fuji in its entirety and the scenery is outstanding, so be sure to stop by!
