Reaching Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station was thrilling. At over 2,300 meters, the air was crisp, and clouds drifted below me, making it feel like I was already halfway to the heavens. The station buzzed with hikers preparing to summit and tourists soaking in the views. I explored the small shrines and shops, enjoying a hot bowl of noodles against the mountain chill.
