【New Taipei】Sanchong Food: Tanghai Traditional Tofu Pudding

This bowl of tofu pudding has a very traditional flavor. It has a dense texture and a light charcoal flavor. I'm not sure what that flavor is. It also has a bit of Chinese medicine (?). Anyway, it's hard to describe. When I discussed it with my friends, I couldn't say for sure and decided it was charcoal flavor. Haha, you can go try it yourself and tell me what it tastes like!

The store is not big but gives people a warm feeling. There is also a child's painting on the wall. It may be drawn by a grandson or granddaughter because it is specially framed! Makes people smile
