Located in Jianxi District, Luoyang City, Peony Park, a state-owned factory, research institute, and commercial center, was built in 1956 on the site of the Sui Dynasty's Western Garden. Featuring Luoyang's peony culture, it incorporates modern garden architecture and incorporates water-based recreational activities. The park has successfully hosted numerous Luoyang Peony Lantern Festivals and has become one of Luoyang's main attractions.
