The southernmost lighthouse on the main island of Taiwan is the Eluanbi Lighthouse in Kenting, and the northernmost is the Fugui Cape Lighthouse in Shimen District, New Taipei City.

The "Fugui Cape Lighthouse" in the far north has black and white parallel stripes on its body and is octagonal in shape. In the old days, it was used to facilitate identification by passing ships.

The trail leading to the lighthouse is built along the coast and is relatively flat. It is connected to Fuqi Fishing Port and Fugui Cape Park. The entire trail is about 2 kilometers long and is quite easy to walk. After getting off the bus, walk along the trail towards the sea. The sea and sky are one color, which is very picturesque and comfortable.

9:00 – 18:00 (April 1 to October 31)
9:00 – 17:00 (November 1 to March 31)
Closed on Mondays
