The park construction is divided into two phases: the first phase mainly includes the construction of 18 scenic spots such as the municipal building, municipal square, Jinyuan, Xiuyuan, Wuhua Square, artificial lake and music fountain in the lake, Yishui Corridor, Xinglin Chunnuan, rockery waterfall, light tunnel, landscape lighthouse, etc. The second phase mainly includes the construction of large lawn square, waterfall pool square, bamboo array square, tree array square, children's playground, and roller skating rink.
