Yingge Ceramics Museum is located in Yingge District, New Taipei City. The entire museum covers an area of ​​12 hectares. The museum was established in November 2000 and is the first ceramics-themed museum in Taiwan. The main building is made of plain water and steel frame structure, and the whole glass design not only increases the light intake but also allows for inside and outside perspective. Yingge District is a major center for ceramic manufacturing in Taiwan, so it is a blessing for the Yingge District to be able to build an international ceramic museum in this place. The museum not only provides exhibitions and collections of ceramics, but also has the responsibility for educational promotion and academic research. There is also a rest area at the back of the museum, where there are also some ceramic art installations, and it is also a good place for children to play games.
