Jiangniulou - A Japanese beef noodle experience that will amaze you

I didn’t have high expectations for beef noodles, but the bowl at Jiangniulou overturned all my impressions of this dish. The moment you take a sip, the aroma of the rich soup and beef spreads in your mouth, but it doesn't have the heavy feeling of ordinary braised soup, but instead has a refreshing aftertaste - I later learned that this flavor was created by a Japanese chef.

The beef is stewed very well, with just the right ratio of tendons to meat. It is soft and tender yet chewy, making you want to eat one bite after another. The noodles are also a highlight, not soft and mushy but a little elastic, and every bite seems to be carefully arranged.

After eating that bowl of noodles, I actually felt "comforted". It is not the satisfaction of being full, but the sense of emotional stability brought by delicate and carefully made dishes. This may be the best beef noodles I have ever eaten.
