Initially, I just wanted to sit down and have a drink, but "Vegetarian Bar" completely exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was chill, the kind of place you won't want to leave once you're seated. But what I remember most wasn't the drink, but a seemingly ordinary bowl of shredded chicken noodles.

It's called vegetarian, but the moment you take a sip, you're struck by nothing "bland" or "alternative." Instead, it's a warm, rich aroma, like an elevated version of the old-fashioned flavors of memory. The broth is neither greasy nor oily, with a hint of spice that warms the heart with every sip.

It's not the kind of dish you'll want to photo-op for, but it's something you'll want to return for and order again. If all vegetarian food were this good, I'd eat it every day.
