This time, they're focusing on exotic grilled food. Highlights include pineapple 𝗕.𝗕.𝗤. Pork ribs with grilled pineapple, Amaic-style grilled fish, beer-braised lamb shank, German pork knuckle, and Thai volcanic pork shank. There are also chef-created specials. Weekday specials include Desert-style spice grilled lamb rice. Weekday specials include Beef Wellington.

The insulated dining table at Yue Market is the best buffet I've ever been to.
Today, I mainly enjoyed the themed menu. The beer-braised lamb shank, German pork knuckle, and the weekday-only Desert Spice Grilled Lamb Rice were all excellent.

The Desert Spice Grilled Lamb Rice was especially delicious. The lamb shank was braised before grilling, resulting in crispy skin and tender meat. It was so delicious I kept chowing down on the meat! They've been wanting to come back for more! 😆

The fresh food selection is quite extensive, including rare Mambo fish skin, and the salads and appetizers are plentiful! I highly recommend the Thai cold chicken; the tender chicken paired with the vegetables is delicious, and the other seasonal vegetables are also delicious! 🥳

I almost forgot about the coconut and radish duck soup; it's refreshing and sweet, and don't miss it!

The desserts are also well thought out. Besides the standard desserts, there are also a variety of eye-catching breads, and the freshly baked egg cake paired with TWG tea bags is a big plus ❤️
