Taiwan's scenic Jinshan Old Street

Transportation Tips - Tour Bus
Local attractions - Jinshan Old Street
Jinshan duck meat is the most famous snack here. I originally wanted to take it out, but because it would become stale if it’s been more than two hours, I gave up. It is recommended that you order food on site, otherwise, it would be like not having come (this does not apply to vegetarians). The specialty of this street should be sweet potatoes! If you like sweet potatoes, this is the right place. There are raw, sugar-coated, candied, sliced...there are all kinds of packaged sweet potato products. There are also various sweet cakes that the elders love to eat, such as: Thousand Layer Cake, Red Bean Cake, Grass Cake, Taro Cake... In fact, I like to eat it too!
There are some small vegetable vendors in Jinshan Old Street. We bought two bags of raw hell peppers, which were half the price than the market near our home, haha... It was an unexpected gain. We bought a lot of big and small bags and took them home to honor our parents and grandparents.
It's less than 10 minutes' drive from here to Guihou Fishing Port. If you like to eat freshly caught seafood, don't miss it. You can buy seafood directly and ask the on-site hot stir-fry restaurant to cook it for you. The average consumption is less than 1,000 per person. If you want to eat lobster or red crab, which are more expensive seafood, they are also available here, but you need to have a deeper pocket.
The first time I went to the Jinshan God of Wealth Temple, it happened to be during the temple construction period. I heard that the new temple will be completed next year or the year after. The incense here is very prosperous, and the gods are all smoked black by the incense. It feels mysterious and efficacious. You can also feel the full magnetic field and positive energy. The whole atmosphere here is quite good, harmonious and peaceful. Of course, harmony can bring wealth. We also did our best to build the temple and engraved our names as a souvenir. I should be able to see it next time I come!
In short, the coastal scenery, food, old streets and authentic Taiwanese style along the way will not make people tired of it. Thinking back to the past, Su Dongpo... the breeze and the bright moon... correspond to the current sea view and food, which should be no less than me!
