I went to Chimelong Qingyuan during the Spring Festival holiday. Here is a fresh 2-day itinerary. If you plan to travel with kids, make sure to save this itinerary.

Day 1: Arrive at Chimelong Qingyuan Forest Kingdom - Check in - Visit the three theaters and the parade (with proper time management, you can visit them all) - After dinner, take the kids to play at the Sacred Tree Park in the hotel

Day 2: Enter the park and start from the left - Parrot Rainforest - Monkey Island - Central Lawn - Giraffe Grassland - Sky Exploration - Lion Mountain - Steam Train through Africa - Bug World - Kangaroo Jungle - Elephant Valley - Parrot Rainforest

✅ Take the steam train to see the grassland, about half an hour: Qingyuan chicken, elephants, giraffes, hippos, birds, and other animals. The area is large, but there are not many animals. There is a commentary throughout the journey.

✅ Bug World has 6 rides, and there are only 2 rides for children under 1.2 meters.

✅ You can feed ring-tailed lemurs on Monkey Island, but there are no gloves, so parents and children need to be careful when feeding.

✅ There is a bird show on the Central Lawn.

✅ Giraffe Castle Hotel, we chose a family room, which is full of giraffe elements. Kids will love it. The Sacred Tree Park is so fun that kids don't want to leave. The area is large and fun.

Overall, Chimelong Qingyuan is worth visiting. It is larger and wilder. However, the park has just opened, and there are still some areas that need improvement, such as the room has some smell, although not very strong. The giraffe viewing area in the hotel garden has no animals yet, and the animal viewing area on the way to the Lion Ferris Wheel is not well arranged. I look forward to the park's continuous improvement and can't wait to visit again.
