I would definitely go to Dam Market rather than Nha Trang Night Market⭐️

Many people have already posted about this destination, so there’s not much unique to add. However, I’d like to share some tips to avoid being overcharged. Be cautious of sneaky pricing tactics, especially with electric bicycles that resemble rickshaws. After exchanging money at a jewelry store, many people head to Dam Market or Lotte Mart. These electric bicycles often quote prices per person instead of per vehicle, misleading tourists. If you pay the quoted price thinking it’s for the vehicle, they might insist it’s per person and demand more money. Most travelers don’t want to ruin their mood over a small amount and end up paying what they ask. However, if you’re bold, you can threaten to call the police, and they usually back down.
At Dam Market, vendors often start with the highest price. If you negotiate, even beginners can get a 20–30% discount. Don’t pay the initial asking price. Grab drivers also play pricing games, so be cautious. For example, if the Grab app shows a fare of 12,000 KRW, they might contact you privately and offer to take you for 10,000 KRW. But when you meet them, they might claim traffic is bad and demand double or more than the agreed price. Always be wary of tourist pricing unless it’s a fixed rate. If you negotiate firmly, you can usually get a discount.
Wishing you a pleasant trip! I’m not great at writing beautifully like others, but I hope this information helps. Thank you for reading this long post.
