When in Nha Trang, indulging in tropical fruits is a must! The fruit section at the local markets felt like paradise. From durians and jackfruits to pomelos, the variety was astounding. I especially enjoyed comparing the red and yellow jackfruits—the subtle differences in sweetness made it a delightful experience for any fruit lover. 🥭✨

• Pho (Phở): The pho here was much cleaner and richer in flavor compared to what I’ve had in Korea. Packed with generous portions of meat, it was the perfect hearty breakfast!

• Fried Rice: Its golden hue was instantly appetizing, and the fluffy, savory texture made it the perfect pairing with pho.
