[Fukushima] I rode the steam locomotive of the tourist train SL Banetsu Monogatari

I happened to be short on time so I ended up riding a steam locomotive 😂
The SL Banetsu Monogatari is a tourist train on the JR Ban'etsu West Line that runs between Niitsu Station in Niigata Prefecture and Aizuwakamatsu Station in Fukushima Prefecture.
Those moving cogs on the wheels, the shiny black surface, and the smoke.
I'm so glad I rode it!
It was so exciting!
The retro interior also had a certain Taisho-era romantic feel to it, which was nice.
...I got on without knowing the information, so I forgot to go to the observation car 😇
