Niigata City Art Museum 新潟市美術館

#familytrips2024 Very nice art space with small permanent local collection and larger rotating exhibit space. At time of writing, the temporary exhibit was an extensive collection of original Hiroshige and Hokusai prints. Bring earphones! Easy to get around and very satisfying. There's also a cafe, so it's a good place to stay for a while.
There are tourist attractions nearby that you can casually stop by, so it's a good place to end your walk.
