It is an observation facility where you can view Fukushima Lagoon, and it has a full range of facilities, including an observation space, a rest area, a snack cafe corner, a library corner, a shop where you can buy souvenirs, and vending machines.
Pleasant museum with view out over the wetlands. Has models of the fauna, and various informational videos. English translations for some exhibits are available via qr code. The wetlands are a lovely walk with rape flowers in the spring, and a birdwatching station.
