Lake Chuzenji is named after the Chuzenji Temple in Nikko.
Uta-no-Hama, located on the shore of Lake Chuzenji, offers a stunning view of the lake
There is always a constant stream of tourists in the Chuzenji Temple. There is a statue of the Eleven-Faced Guanyin Bodhisattva. It is said that this statue of the Eleven-Faced Guanyin is the founder of Nikko, Shengdao Shangren.
Feel the Thousand-armed Avalokitesvara while touring Lake Chuzenji
So I cut a tree from a Japanese lotus tree
The image of Guanyin is carved into the Eleven-faced Thousand-armed Guanyin Bodhisattva
Also known as "Tachiki Kannon" and designated as an important national cultural property
I visited Lake Chuzenji once 10 years ago and fell in love with its leisure and beauty.
The epidemic has had a huge impact. There are fewer tourists.
Many businesses were closed and it was difficult to find food.
I hope that next time I come, it will be restored to its original tourist destination.
