[Kinugawa] Kanaya Hotel Part 2 Food

Since we were staying with our family, we were shown to a private room for dinner!!

This is what the December dinner menu looked like✨
-Steamed abalone turnip espuma
-Whole
-Feast of yellowtail, tuna, squid, and button shrimp
-Duck loin, sea bream sushi, tiger prawns, and scallops with pine needles
-Grilled pomfret with saikyo seasoning and deep-fried burdock
-Kanaya egg, lily root, and ginkgo
-Kinai special Japanese-style beef stew
-Sea bream rice
-Red miso
-Strawberry truffle sauce

Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert🤤
After the meal, we were served chocolate in the lounge🍫✨
Inari sushi was prepared in the room as a midnight snack!!
