Kinugawa Onsen *Kai Kinugawa Accommodation Breakfast Edition

I started my morning with a bath.

Baths are available from 5 a.m., but I couldn't wake up, so I went to the bathhouse around 6 a.m.

The open-air bath in the morning was also very pleasant.

After warming up, I headed to breakfast.

The local juice was a drink made with apple and yuzu.

It was refreshing, and the aroma of yuzu lingered in my mouth until the very end.

Asazukiito straw-wheat natto, made using traditional methods and blending non-GMO domestic small-grain soybeans with domestic two-row barley.

It was my first time trying "shimotsukare," a local dish made with simmered salmon head, soybeans, root vegetables, and sake lees.

Refills of rice and miso soup are available.

I enjoyed a delicious meal while gazing at the greenery of the courtyard.
