Ningbo's hidden wild beach, with a long coastline, pet-friendly!

Thinking of taking my dog to play in the water, I didn't get enough of Xiangshan, so I found this wild beach in Ningbo! Although the sand here is not as fine and clean as Xiangshan's, the coastline is very long, and the large patches of reeds are beautiful. It's pet-friendly, so you can play freely!

🌊Navigate to 📍Meishan Hongqiao North Parking Lot, which is a free parking lot. You can park your car here and walk for two or three minutes to reach this wild beach.

🌊This wild beach is under the Hongqiao Bridge, with a long coastline. There are more people near the bridge, but if you keep walking inward, there will be fewer people, and you can find a deserted beach!

🌊Compared to Xiangshan Donghai Banbianshan, this beach is narrower because one side is the sea and the other side is reeds, with only a small strip of sand in between. The sand is coarser than Xiangshan's but still relatively fine and soft, with some small broken shells mixed in. Be careful not to get pricked.

🌊The seawater near the shore is a bit dirty, but it's still very blue further out. There are some pieces of cloth and garbage on the shore, but I didn't have any allergic reactions after playing. Overall, it's acceptable. For a city beach, I can accept this level of cleanliness.

🌈Tips:
✔️Although it's a wild beach, there are security guards maintaining order nearby. The beach officially closes at 6 PM, so don't come too late if you want to play in the water!
✔️Since it's a wild beach, there are no facilities for rinsing off nearby. Either bring your own water for a simple rinse or use the showers at nearby hotels.
✔️There is also a seaside café called Seven Coffee across the way, with a nice view.
✔️The nearby Meishan Bay Beach, which charges a fee, does not allow dogs.
