Decor cafe is very gout in Ninh Binh.
With brown bass tone dominating, the space of the shop is quite small.
However, the restaurant has many angles to take pictures, the price of drinks is quite reasonable. I don't appreciate the drinks, at the temporary level.
Great place to grab a coffee, and work on your laptop. We spent a few hours here while waiting for a train to Da Nang. The staff are super friendly, and the interior is amazing (even though it's a work in progress).

Grab a coffee, and sit by the window at the front on the 1st floor, and just watch life (and traffic) go by.
