Service - The hotel front desk is friendly. You can get a towel at the front desk before each hot spring bath. You cannot wear the hotel bathrobe at the breakfast area.
Facilities - The hotel does not have coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The hot spring bath only has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but no facial cleansing products. The hotel has a place to put away ski equipment but it is not an independent locker.
Meals - Breakfast is limited in variety and nothing special
Transportation - The hotel has shuttle buses to 4 major ski resorts and JR stations, and there are plenty of open-air parking spaces outside the hotel for guests to park.
Price - About HKD 2,400 per night
