The stunning building of Niseko Distillery

I'm not a big fan of alcohol, but this gin from @nisekodistillery_2021 was so refreshing and easy to drink that I ended up buying it.

The building is so beautiful that it's hard to resist, and the direction and layout of the building were determined by simulations based on wind direction, wind speed, and snowfall.

The Niseko Distillery opened in October 2021, and it's only been a year and a half since it was built, so they don't sell whiskey, but I'd like to go again when the whiskey is completed.
