Hyogo: Ku-an

I visited the solo exhibition "Petrichor: Born from the Earth" by ura, held from October 25 to October 31 at Ku-an in Hyogo. The exhibition featured works that exuded the warmth and tradition of Okinawa, creating a soothing atmosphere. One piece that particularly caught my eye was a new creation with a pink interior. The warm texture of the clay harmonized beautifully with the soft hues, and the faintly glowing pink, illuminated by the light, was utterly charming. Just looking at it brightened my mood. This exhibition was a wonderful reminder of the charm of Yachimun pottery, which brings a sense of comfort and color to everyday life.
