There is an unusual restaurant on Rozhdestvenskaya Street in Nizhny Novgorod. As soon as you enter it, you immediately find yourself in a forest. There are trees all around, and moss on the walls. Bunches of various herbs hang from the ceiling above.
It feels like you've come to visit a forester.
All the dishes here are served with forest motifs.
For example, they brought me baked Camembert cheese on a plate made to look like a tree.
We ordered okroshka and pike perch, we liked it.
The most popular dish here is Kstovsky catfish, which is cut into thin slices and served in three cooking options.
I really wanted to try the cone dessert, but unfortunately, it was not available when we visited.
