[Akita] The tip of the Oga Peninsula!

Oga Peninsula in Oga City, Akita Prefecture.
Nyudozaki is a scenic spot at the very tip of the peninsula.
It is located at 40 degrees north latitude.
Osaka is at around 35 degrees north latitude, so there is quite a difference. We were able to see a magnificent view of the Sea of ​​Japan.
It was a weekday so it was closed, but on weekends, it seems that restaurants selling seafood bowls and other dishes are open. It's a great tourist spot for a drive and lunch.

There was also a marker for the marathon on the road.
This is the sash handover point for the Oga Ekiden, a famous student relay race.
I used to run here a long time ago, so it brought back memories.
