A one-day literary traveler: Oita City Art Museum

There are two Art Museums in Oita City. The other one is on the mountain, which is the Oita City Art Museum. Located in the green Ueno Hill Park, it is a building that fully integrates with the surrounding natural environment and can make people relax. At the entrance stands a 21-foot-tall elephant statue with a star on its rolled-up trunk. There is also a dog statue on the slope, which is very special.
The museum is divided into a permanent exhibition building and a planned exhibition building. It is a more traditional exhibit, and not all places can be photographed. But you can enjoy the view of Oita City on the mountain, and the building is beautiful. The indoor exhibition is quite interesting but not amazing. On the contrary, the museum shop and the outdoor park are very suitable for strolling or having tea in the cafe. It is worth a visit!
