[Okinawa] I wish I'd stayed here sooner! An overwhelming resort where you can relax in the beautiful nature and architecture.

📍The Moon Beach Museum Resort
This hotel in Onna Village is so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I loved the atmosphere. 🪸
The first thing that struck me upon entering was the open lobby with the ocean breeze blowing through, and the atrium with its open ceiling. 🌿
Okinawa, with its frequent typhoons and humid climate, is surprisingly rare for an open-air lobby like those found in Hawaii, so I was overwhelmed by the international atmosphere. 👏🏻
The atrium leading to the guest rooms is also open, allowing you to feel the elements, such as rain and wind, as well as light and shadow. 🌬️
This hotel, built shortly after Okinawa's return to Japan, Teru is a wonderful space that retains its 50-year-old charm while incorporating art and new elements. 🏝️
These palm trees and other plants create a tropical atmosphere that newer hotels just can't match, and that's what I really love about them. 🌴
The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and easy to use. It's a place I'd definitely like to stay again. 🫣
I knew about it, but I often wondered why I hadn't stayed here sooner. 😌
By the way, it's a sister hotel of The Busena Terrace, which I love. 🫶🏻
You should definitely try it at least once. 🤍
