The Garlic Shrimp, a popular garlic shrimp restaurant, is a striking pink building in Onna Village.

Of course, we recommend eating the freshly prepared garlic shrimp in the restaurant, but since this restaurant is located in Onna Village, one of Okinawa's top resort areas, we also recommend taking out some to eat on a nearby beach or at your hotel.

This time, we ordered the recommended rich garlic shrimp and, at my child's request, a wild cut steak for takeout.

After ordering, I looked around the restaurant and saw that they were selling T-shirts, caps, plates, and more.

Even though the freshly prepared garlic shrimp and steak were served in takeout boxes, the aroma of garlic wafted through the air, whetting my appetite.

We took some back to our hotel to eat, and the garlic shrimp had a rich sauce that clung to the large shrimp, and the rich flavor made it the perfect pairing with rice and beer.

The steak also exceeded my expectations, remaining tender even after a while. The garlic chips and sweet steak sauce were a perfect match for both rice and beer.

While there are many hotels in the Onna Village area, there aren't many places offering takeout, so this restaurant is recommended for both lunch and dinner.
