Onomichi ⌇ I'm glad I went! Summary of spots

1~3. Senkoji Park If it's your first time in Onomichi, you should go to this spot. Take a 3-minute aerial walk on the ropeway to the park. From the observation deck at the top, you can see the town of Onomichi and the islands floating in the Seto Inland Sea. Stroll along the Literary Path to the temple.

4~6. Karasawa A cute ice cream shop with a retro exterior. They fill your ice cream monaka after you place your order. The crispy texture was irresistible. There is also a bench in the shop by the sea in front of you.

7. Shu This is an Onomichi ramen shop that inherited the taste of Shukaen, which closed down with regret. The ramen had a nostalgic feel and was delicious. ⚠︎ Be prepared to line up on weekends. If you walk a little further, you'll find another ramen shop! There were so many shops, but they were all crowded.

8~10. LOG This is the first project outside of Japan by the Indian studio Studio Mumbai, which built an apartment building in the Showa era. There are cafes, hotels, and select shops.
