I went to GemBeef, a yakiniku restaurant in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, where all seats are completely private.

Opened in November 2022, this yakiniku restaurant is particular about using carefully selected Omi beef, fresh vegetables, and rice delivered directly from the producers. The chic interior is a sophisticated space that is one step above the rest, with spacious table arrangements.

Chanja cream cheese, croquette, and stewed beef tendon. A small dish that allows you to enjoy different flavors.

-Minced beef salad
A gorgeous and flavorful salad. The deliciousness and texture of the vegetables, the sweetness and umami of the minced beef, and the dressing go perfectly together.

Rib roast. Rich fat, aroma and sweetness, melt-in-your-mouth texture.

・Three types of grilled Omi beef and seasonal grilled vegetables
The three types of Omi beef are misuji, ichibone and chestnut. Vegetables are paprika, turnip, king oyster mushroom and corn.
The meat has a delicate umami and fat, and the fine texture is the best taste. The vegetables are also sweet.

・Grilled dashi shabu
Pour dashi broth over a lot of vegetables and wrap them in lightly grilled meat. The dashi broth is also very tasty.

・Mini gembeef bowl with rich egg or cold noodles
The richness of the egg yolk and the sweetness of the meat are exquisite. The white rice is also sweet and delicious. The cold noodles are light with plenty of ingredients.
