At the entrance, there is a showcase filled with chunks of lamb, which are aged in the showcase and then butchered and served on the same day.

A set that allows you to choose between lamb fondue or grass-roasted lamb

・Three types of Japanese lamb
First, we eat three types of loin, thigh, and shoulder meat with salt!
As it is fresh domestic meat, it has no peculiar smell and can be eaten simply with just salt✨
I ate it with a little bit of harissa, a Middle Eastern seasoning, and this was also delicious😭

・Lamb fondue
A way to eat it by grilling a whole Camembert cheese and fonduing the meat!
I was surprised at how well the creamy fat of the lamb went with the cheese‼ ️It's delicious!

This is served with a generous amount of chrysanthemum and a unique sauce, and it's refreshing and you can eat as much as you want😭
This is already a very popular restaurant, and I went around 5pm but it was full, so reservations are a must❗️
