Established in 1948 (Showa 23), this is the birthplace of mixed juice. Originally it was a fruit shop in Janjan Yokocho, but its unique blend of mixed juice made in a blender proved so popular that it became a coffee shop in 1960.
With mixed juice and iced coffee as its two main selling points, it is still a popular coffee shop today as the "birthplace of mixed juice." The interior of the shop is a retro and very cute cafe. It is located in a deep shopping street (Janjan Yokocho), so be sure to stop by when you're sightseeing in Osaka.
