The well-known Ebisubashi-suji Shopping Street is the main shopping street in Osaka Minami, stretching for about 370 meters from Takashimaya at Nankai Namba Station to Ebisubashi, where the Glico sign is located. There are about 100 stores, including popular stores that require a line, such as Uncle Rikuro's Cheesecake, a familiar Osaka specialty, and the main store of 551 Horai, as well as general goods and drug stores. It's fun even just to stroll around the town.
Near the entrance to the shopping street on the Takashimaya side, there is a statue of Ebitan, the mascot character of Ebisubashi Shopping Street. Be sure to check it out!
