Each kushikatsu can be enjoyed with their homemade sauce. All the sauces were so good that you'll want to dip any leftover sauce into the cabbage and enjoy it to the last drop.
　　
Among them, the smoked mayonnaise has a mellow taste and a strong smoked flavor. The deliciousness lingers until the aftertaste. For kushikatsu, the deep-fried radish cooked in consommé is memorable. Even the dessert is made in the style of kushikatsu, with the strawberries deep-fried in a crunchy batter.
　　
A hidden gem of a restaurant frequented by Kansai gourmets. The kushikatsu was also delicious and I was very satisfied. It did not disappoint.
