This is a chicken soba specialty restaurant of a popular mizutaki restaurant with its main store in Hakata. It is a rare restaurant with only one store each in Tokyo and Osaka. I have been there before and it was so delicious that I came back this time. There are three main types of soup: chicken white soup soba with a thick and creamy soup. You can choose between mizutaki soba with a light soup and tantanmen with a spicy chicken white soup. I chose chicken white soup again this time and enjoyed the rich and creamy soup. The store is on the 12th floor of Hankyu Umeda Main Store, making it easy to access for lunch or dinner while shopping. The bright interior makes it easy for one person to use and is recommended for business trips and solo travelers.
