I went on the Okawa Sakura Cruise, which only operates during the cherry blossom season every year. It departs from the Hachikenyahama Pier on the Temmabashi Station side, and since there is no reservation system, you can board in the order you line up. There are boats of various sizes, and the intervals between boats are short during peak hours, so I was able to board earlier than I expected.
