Shaved ice made with high-quality ice and Nagano Purple syrup from Shinshu. Nagano Purple, which is said to be very sweet and can be eaten with the skin on, has a rich flavor with little astringency.

This yogurt from Azumino, Shinshu, has a rich taste but a refreshing and mellow texture. It has a mild sourness, creamy taste and a slight sweetness.

This shaved ice doesn't make your head feel numb, and the rich grapes and creamy yogurt go perfectly together. It was so delicious that I finished it in no time.

Grilled chicken thighs served with the brewery's special two-year-old miso, which is full of sesame and walnuts. The exquisite combination of sweet miso sauce and chicken is simple yet exquisite. The chicken thighs are softened with koji.
The set includes an "onion gratin-style soup" with the gentle sweetness and richness of onions, and a "homemade quiche" with seasonal vegetables made with paprika in the summer.

The side dishes are a carrot and purple cabbage slaw made with apples, and a salad made with Shinshu vegetables carefully hand-cut in the store and served with an original apple dressing.

You can choose toast baked in the store or white rice made from Nagano rice, which is free for a large portion. You can have extra rice for an additional 100 yen. Nagano Prefecture, which is said to have a lot of first-class rice, has the highest quality in terms of both sugar content and viscosity.

A milk coffee that allows you to taste an original blend of cold-brewed coffee and milk from Shinshu Milk Kobo in Nagano Prefecture.

Made from 100% raw milk that has been milked to remove impurities, Shinshu Milk Kobo Milk is rich but has a clean aftertaste. It goes well with coffee and has a mellow flavor.

Based on Taylon tea, it is said to have added apple juice from Shinshu. It is an original black tea with a gentle, natural apple flavor.
