Book through Trip.com, 2 gray per person, 5 red. You can book in advance 2 months, it fills up very quickly. It is recommended to book on the first day that bookings are open for the date you want to go.

🚊 Traveling in Osaka mainly uses the train, both above ground JR and underground Metro 🚇 Their trains can go everywhere in Osaka city (but it's quite a walk). There are so many train lines that it's confusing. Use the name of the station as the main point to know where to get off. You can look at the map at each station.

In our case, we used the JR Kansai Airport Rapid
Kansai Airport Station, got off at Shin-Imamiya Station, which is a normal train. Because it was a long ride, we got straight to our accommodation. We saw very few foreigners on the whole train. There were only 2 of us in the car we were in 🤣

💸 Paying for the fare with an ICOCA card is very convenient.
You can buy it from the ticket machine at the train station at the airport (there is a small card insurance fee).
You can top up at the ticket machine at the train station as well. When you use it, just tap the card and walk in. 🤩

Paying for things at supermarkets, paying for food, most of them can use a credit card. There will be a symbol on the counter.

✨ We use a Utip card. The rate is very good. Withdraw cash without a fee. You can tap and use it at almost every shop. There is no fee. When you run out of money, you can top up the card online!!
