This time I ordered the 🥢Premium Course (5500 yen)️📝

The premium course is a luxurious course with 120 items✨️
There is also a standard course with 100 items (4500 yen)🙆♀️
You can also drink as much as you want for an extra 1000 yen.

What I had in the all-you-can-eat menu was
・Thick-cut tongue
・Mille-feuille yukke
・Bound tongue
・Skirt steak (sauce, delicious and spicy)
・Loin sauce
・Assorted kimchi
・Grilled yukke sushi
・Grilled tongue sushi
・Cold noodles
・Egg soup
・Yuzu sorbet

The millefeuille yukke is served first!
Birichan's signature dish of yukke sandwiched between yukke.
It is sandwiched with plenty of green onions, and is quickly grilled and served with Tsukimi sauce.
The egg and sweet and spicy sauce are mixed with the meat☺️
It goes great with alcohol!

The green onion-wrapped tongue is a thick piece of tongue wrapped with green onions.
It's very filling!
I had it with lemon and salt.
I think this was my favorite out of all of them✨

The bound tongue is very juicy with the green onions stuffed tightly inside the tongue.
The crunchy green onions and the texture of the tongue are irresistible🙆♀️

It's also great that you can eat a variety of tongues with the premium version🔥
I thought it was great that you can order vegetables individually, not just as a platter🙆♀️

You can enjoy two types of meat sushi, yukhoe and tongue sushi✨️

Not only sauces and salts, but also items to change the flavor were available.

The menu was extensive and we ate a lot 😋

✍️ I visited on a weekday evening, but it was almost always full.
I recommend making a reservation when you go!

Tables are lined up inside the restaurant.
It was well ventilated, so it wasn't smoky at all and there was almost no smell ☺️
