Wagyu Bar Shirouchi's meat dishes are all made by the company's own group, from the ingredients to the preparation, and are served in the restaurant!
There are plenty of dishes that go perfectly with wine, with a focus on beef dishes✨️

All-you-can-drink is 500 yen for 30 minutes, so it's good for a second bar or a quick drink🙆

They have a wide selection of wines, including sparkling wine, homemade sangria, red, and white!

My favorite was the sparkling wine 💗

It's sweet, easy to drink, and goes great with cheese ✨️

The Kuroge Wagyu beef hamburger steak was hot, packed with meat, and very juicy.

The soft silk beef tongue and cheese platter was an assortment of beef tongue, Parmigiano Reggiano, Gorgonzola, and baguette.

These are all dishes that go really well with wine, so I recommend them to anyone who likes cheese!

The tender roast beef made from Japanese black beef goes well with the sweet sauce, and you can choose between 80g and 160g, so it's easy to order for a solo drinker or a group💓

The smoked egg potato salad has a nice smoked egg aroma, and it comes with mayonnaise, so it's delicious when eaten with potato salad😋
