Each seat has a hot plate so you can eat it cooked to your liking!

You can eat it as it is, but you can also eat it in a variety of ways with condiments and sauces.

You can choose from dashi soy sauce, sansho salt, beef cutlet sauce, mizore ponzu, Kyoto curry dipping sauce, wasabi, and Kyoto egg🙆♀️

It's good to have it with a light mizore ponzu, or the curry dipping sauce is like a cutlet curry and has a punchy taste!
The simple taste of wasabi and dashi soy sauce goes well with rice.
