I visited Makomanai Takino Cemetery in mid-October, and the vibrant autumn colors were absolutely stunning! 🍂

Tips:
🍁Mid to late October is the best time to catch the peak autumn colors.

🧣Layer up! The cold winds can make it chilly, so having extra layers will keep you comfortable.

🥾Wear comfy shoes for walking, as the grounds are large and there’s a lot to explore.

🫖If possible, visit in the morning to enjoy the quieter, more peaceful atmosphere.

🚌 How to get there:
From Sapporo Station, take the Nanboku Line to Makomanai Station, then transfer to a bus that will take you directly to the cemetery (bus lines are well-marked and frequent).
