The moment I stepped into Shitennoji Temple, I was so amazed that I couldn't describe it in words. This temple is not only the oldest official temple in Osaka, but it is also a witness to history, whispering stories of the past. Walking on the ancient stone road, surrounded by the bustling scene of people coming and going, yet still maintaining a sense of tranquility, I felt a wonderful contrast, as if time had stopped here.

The Shitennoji Temple area is vast and contains a variety of attractions. The most eye-catching five-story pagoda rises into the clouds, and mysterious patterns are carved on the tiles on the tower, making people want to explore the story behind it. It is said that this temple was built by Prince Shotoku during the Asuka period. It has stood firm after thousands of years of wind and rain, which makes me even more in awe of Japan's history.

I wandered here, admiring the magnificence of Gokurakumon and feeling the protective atmosphere of Niomon. Every corner has its own unique story, and even a small stone seems to be telling the past history. When I stood next to the "Bang Bang Stone" and gently tapped the square hole, I seemed to hear the whispers of my ancestors. This mysterious feeling touched my heart.

In terms of transportation, I took the Tanimachi Line of Osaka Metro and got off at Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station, which was about a five-minute walk away. The park is open from 9am to 5pm, which is perfect for a day trip.

In this city, everyone seems to be pursuing their own story, and I have found a part of myself in this historical land. Shitennoji Temple is not only a tourist attraction, but also a place of spiritual belonging. Here, I felt an indescribable peace and harmony, as if I was connected to the soul of this land.

This trip not only allowed me to appreciate the beautiful scenery, but also allowed me to feel the deep connection between people, history and culture. Everyone has left their own footprints here, whether tourists or locals, and each other's emotions are intertwined in this ancient land. I deeply understand that traveling is not only about seeing the scenery, but also about cleansing and growing the soul.
