Must-visit Cafe in Osaka: The Cutest Pear You Can't Miss Neel Coffee When Visiting Japan

Recently, Neel Coffee in Osaka has become very popular, so I decided to check it out. From Nakazakicho subway station, it's about a 10-minute walk according to Google Maps, located in a small alley filled with many niche coffee shops. The adorable 🍐 signboard is quite eye-catching. The shop is small with two floors, the space is a bit tight. Besides coffee drinks, they also offer some light meals and snacks. The coffee is pretty good, and the prices are not too expensive.

The decor on the first floor is beautiful, featuring antique cabinets, irregular tables, Nordic-style cushions, and large curved arches, creating a surprisingly harmonious overall look. The second floor replicates the features of an old traditional house. This building itself is a century-old traditional house with three floors. Many of the decorations, tables, chairs, and pottery inside are crafted by well-known Osaka artists or designers, making each piece unique.

On a weekday near noon, I just walked in. The shop was almost full with continuous customers. It’s recommended to arrive before noon to avoid long waits. Known as one of Osaka’s must-visit cafes, it’s definitely worth exploring.
