【Osaka Expo】This is already museum-level

The most moving experience at the Expo was the Italy Pavilion.
It was incredible to see Leonardo da Vinci's "Atlantic Codex" up close!!
I was simply overwhelmed by the sketches that preserve the genius's thoughts exactly as they were.
⚠️ Flash photography is prohibited.

And then, the Atlas statue carrying the starry sky on its shoulders,
a Futurist sculpture embodying a sense of speed.
Each piece resonates beyond "time."

The highlight was Caravaggio's "The Burial of Christ."
A breathtaking drama dwells in the silence,
I stopped in my tracks and wanted to keep watching.
From ancient times to the future, here lies a journey of Italy's proud art and spirit. Rather than an exhibition, it felt like a time-travel experience in a museum.

🇮🇹 Italy Pavilion 🇮🇹
▪️ Duration
30-40 minutes
There are many exhibits to see and it gets crowded,
plus there is only one elevator to the 3rd floor,
so it takes quite some time.

▪️ Featured Exhibits
・Leonardo da Vinci's "Atlantic Codex"
・Atlas statue (Farnese Atlas)
・Caravaggio's "The Burial of Christ"

▪️ Crowds
Weekends have long lines for sure.
Weekdays are relatively less crowded in the morning or after evening.
