🌸🇯🇵 Osaka… a city that makes your heart beat lightly
(but your wallet shake hard!) 👜💸
Hello~ Today, we’re taking you all to visit “Osaka,” a cute city
that made us fall in love without realizing it 💗
This was my first time traveling to Japan, and I chose “Osaka”
as the first city because I heard… it’s delicious, fun for shopping,
and the locals are super kind, which honestly, it’s even cuter than I expected~ 🥹
This trip was 5 days and 4 nights (but I’ll summarize it into 4 focused days
to keep it concise)
Ready… pack your bags, grab your passport, and let’s fly together 🛫💨
⸻
🛬 Day 1: First step into Osaka, lights and takoyaki await us!
Landed at Kansai International Airport in the afternoon, heart pounding with excitement. We took the Nankai Line train into the city. I must say, Japan’s transportation system is amazing—clean, punctual, and the Japanese people are so lovely 🥰
Our accommodation was near Namba, a popular area in Osaka, kind of like a mix of Siam and Chinatown in our country, but the Japanese version!
After unpacking, we immediately went to Dotonbori because the smell of takoyaki was drifting from afar 5555 🐙
Dotonbori is the liveliest district in Osaka, with hundreds of neon signs! Especially the Glico Man sign, a super popular landmark. Anyone who comes must take a photo posing like a runner with raised hands~ 📸
We stopped to eat takoyaki standing on the street. It was so delicious—crispy outside, soft inside, with bouncy octopus. Every bite was pure bliss 💕
We continued walking and popped into Don Quijote (Donki) and totally lost track of time… there were so many things to buy that my hands almost broke carrying everything back to the hotel 😂
⸻
🎢 Day 2: A day in a fantasy world @ Universal Studios Japan!
Woke up early because today was USJ (Universal Studios Japan) day 🎡
We booked tickets in advance with an Express Pass (highly recommend it if you don’t want to wait in line for hours!)
Once inside, we headed straight to the Harry Potter zone! Walking through the gate felt like stepping into a real magical world 🧙♀️ There were owl sounds, music, and English-style houses like Hogsmeade!
We tried the Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey ride, which made us feel like we were really flying. Honestly, it was amazing! 😱
After that, we ran to Super Nintendo World, the newest zone at USJ, which was cute, fun, and wow! 💚
There was Bowser’s castle, 8-bit fireworks, and an AR Mario Kart ride that I screamed the loudest on that day!! 555
For lunch, we ate burgers at a Minion-themed restaurant 🟡 The plate was shaped like a Minion’s face—I almost didn’t want to eat it because it was too cute 🥺🍔
In the evening, we strolled around buying souvenirs from various cartoon-themed shops, getting snacks and cute keychains~ 🎁
Back at the hotel, I collapsed on the bed almost without showering 5555
But my heart was so full 💓
⸻
⛩️ Day 3: A chill day to recharge peace + shop till you drop!
Woke up slowly with warm sunlight. Today, we took a break for our eyes and feet by visiting Shitennoji Temple.
This is the oldest Buddhist temple in Japan~ The atmosphere was peaceful, with lots of trees, a small pond, and a faint incense scent 🌿🕊️
We wrote Japanese-style wish plaques and tied them to a tree, hoping for love and a bright future~ 🍃 (Too sweet, right? 555)
In the afternoon, we went to Shinsaibashi, another famous shopping district! If you love Japanese fashion, don’t miss it~
I got cat-patterned socks, cute clothes in the kawaii style, and stopped by a cafe decorated like a dollhouse 🍰🧸
The desserts were tiny but adorable, including matcha roll cake, unicorn macarons, and pink iced tea (lots of photos 555)
⸻
🏯 Day 4: Visiting Osaka Castle + Farewell with a smile 🍁
The last day… (I don’t want to go back T^T)
We went early to Osaka Castle to capture the final views before leaving
The castle is huge, with tall stone walls and a classic water bridge.
At the top of the castle is a museum about Osaka’s history. History lovers must not miss it! 🏯
Around the castle is Nishinomaru Garden, where the leaves were changing colors when we visited 🍁 Walking and taking photos felt so soft and gentle~
We sat eating matcha ice cream on a bench by the garden, with cool breeze and soft sunlight—the kind of atmosphere you want to bottle up and take home ☀️🍦
We ended the day with a stop at Kuromon Ichiba Market, the freshest and most delicious seafood market in the universe 555
We ate grilled scallops, skewered wagyu beef, and omakase sushi for just 100 yen per piece (so cheap!!) 🐟🍣💥
⸻
✈️ Returning to Thailand with a heart full of happiness~
Osaka is truly a complete city—great for sightseeing, delicious food, beautiful photos, or just a warm place to rest your heart 🥹💕
Thank you to myself for daring to book the ticket
Thank you, Osaka, for welcoming us with a smile
See you again… Osaka 💙
⸻
💡 A little tip from my heart:
• Don’t forget to check the weather forecast before traveling. Some days are very windy.
• Buy passes like Kansai Thru Pass or ICOCA. They’re very worth it!
• Don’t forget to bring good shoes because you’ll walk a lot.
• If you don’t know what to eat… go to the places with long lines first! Guaranteed delicious 🍥
⸻
Osaka is a city full of both liveliness and warmth at the same time.
We walked around with light hearts but returned with strong memories and a full bag 🎒💓
またね~ Osaka 🍃🇯🇵
