Help! Found a hidden Japanese-style casual dining spot in Osaka just like in "Spirited Away"! Isozaki Japanese Restaurant

Guide
Who knew! Right next to the Jujiro subway station in Osaka, there’s a super comforting "Isozaki Japanese Restaurant" tucked away! The moment you walk through the glass door and head upstairs to the second floor, it feels like you’ve stumbled into a secret little shop straight out of a Studio Ghibli animation, with warm yellow lighting and an open kitchen, fully immersing you in a Japanese atmosphere!

The restaurant only has 5-6 seating groups but feels as cozy as a late-night diner in an anime. Arriving at noon on a weekday, I managed to snag an empty seat and decisively ordered the fish lunch set. The plating was so exquisite it looked like art—the pan-fried fish was golden and crispy, the sweet potato was dense and sweet, and the triangular omelet was adorably irresistible! The accompanying radish soup was warming and healing, and the savory bread I chose as the main dish was chewy and utterly addictive—one bite and I was hooked~

Even the tableware here is so beautiful you don’t want to put it down, each piece exuding the refinement of Japanese aesthetics. The biggest surprise was that they accept Alipay, super friendly for tourists! The waitress was gentle and attentive, even giving a simple English introduction to the dishes when serving. Whether dining alone or hanging out with friends, you’ll feel a full sense of happiness.

After eating, standing at the door looking back, I suddenly felt this building hidden in the bustling city was like a magical little house from an animation, quietly waiting for those who understand it to come explore. Next time in Osaka, be sure to get up early for breakfast or come by in the evening to try dinner! For those afraid of missing out, remember to check the opening hours in advance~

📍Address: 2nd floor behind a certain glass door at Jujiro subway exit (follow the navigation carefully, don’t miss this wonderful find!)
